Despite the fact that President Donald Trump has issued an Executive Order that keeps alleged illegal alien parents and children together, the media darling and avowed socialist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, is calling on her minions to occupy anything and everything, including airports, and shutdown Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) until children of illegal aliens are back with their parents.

Honestly, I wish Cortez had this much zeal for the values and foundation of our nation, but she has the opposite.  While I agree that ICE is a federal bureaucracy not outlined in the Constitution and is usurping the job of the constitutional militia, she is seeking to go about things in an entirely wrong manner.

In an interview with the leftist Democracy Now! on radio, Ocasio-Cortez called for open rebellion against ICE.

Cortez called for actions that may endanger many airline passengers.

“We have to occupy all of it,” she said.  “We need to occupy every airport. We need to occupy every border. We need to occupy every ICE office until those kids are back with their parents, period.”

“When we talk about abolishing ICE, we’re talking about ending family detention,” she has said. “We’re talking about ending an agency and ending a practice and a structure that is not accountable to the U.S. Department of Justice, that often takes on things that look a lot like enforcement activities.”

The New American adds:

Ocasio-Cortez claims that ICE is an “enforcement agency that operates outside of the accountability of the Department of Justice,” so “it’s no surprise to see the violations of civil and human rights that we’re seeing right now.”

Apart from that amusing non-sequitur, Ocasio-Cortez, whose grasp of international affairs is a bit shaky, claimed that “we have to show people that we’re willing to walk the walk and put our money where our mouth is.”

“Our nation is in a moral crisis” said the pro-abortion, pro-homosexual “Catholic,” and “every day that we allow the continued violation of those children’s rights is the day that I believe the moral character of the United States is at stake.”

Ocasio-Cortez, however, might have to wait a while for Congress and the president to abolish ICE. On Wednesday, the House voted 244-35 to support the agency. Eighteen Democrats joined the majority.

While I do believe we need to get back to true limited government, which means that many of us will need to be trained per the Constitution to be a part of the militia to enforce the laws of the Constitution against invasion and insurrection, if we were in place as such, we would also have to be putting down people like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, along with others like Maxine Waters, former Attorney Generals Loretta Lynch and Eric Holder, and Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, who incite the people to violence.  I’m all for that, but we must have that in place first.

I hope the little useful idiots who follow people like Cortez and Waters are prepared for what will come if they turn violent because I don’t think they are as evidenced in Portland a couple of weeks ago.
