Boston Public Library Hosts Children’s Storytime With Drag Queens
In continuing the push for the perverse in our society as some sort of “right” and “normalcy,” The Boston Public Library recently decided to invite two drag queens to host their children’s storytime.
In honor of homosexuals’ June “Pride Month,” (Bill Clinton was the first US president to honor June as “Pride Month”) the library allowed the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,” which are men dressed in drag, to mock Catholic nuns for “Drag Queen Storytime.”
The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence is also a non-profit group out of San Francisco. What in the world are they doing with a non-profit status?
The Boston Public Library posted on their Facebook page, “We’re closing out #PrideMonth today at the Boston Public Library with a Drag Queen Story Time at the Children’s Library, Boston Public Library, featuring The Boston Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence!”

How is this not a form of adding to the delinquency of a child and furthermore, a form of child abuse to put such degenerates before young impressionable minds?
Mark Hodges wrote:
Believing that guilt “chains the human spirit,” the group advocates that every person do whatever their passions dictate. It uses Christian terms and contorts them to mock the sacraments and church life in general, such as “Sister Inferior” and “Sister Hysterectoria.”
The men call themselves “queer nuns,” even though the anti-Catholic group is openly devoted to promiscuity. Their slogan is a ridicule of Jesus’ words to the woman caught in sexual sin. Instead of “Go, and sin no more,” the men “queers” have created their trademark slogan as, “Go forth and sin some more!”
ChurchPop summarizes the focus, goal, and purpose of the male queers as “essentially an inverted mockery of Catholic religious life for the purpose of promoting sexual perversion.”
The Boston Public Library not only championed the queer group, but promoted their brand of anti-Christian bigotry to the youngest of impressionable children. The Boston Children’s Library promoted the self-described queers’ visit on Facebook as well, posting, “Let’s end Pride Month with a drag –Drag Queen Storytime, that is! Join us on Thursday, June 29th at 3:30 for another visit from the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.”
Reaction on Facebook was not positive. The group defends its brand of blasphemy as “irreverent wit,” but faithful Catholics consider it blatant “hate speech.”
After the posting on June 29th on Facebook, the reaction was mixed. Almost 700 comments were made with 813 shares and nearly 2,000 reactions.
Melanie Vargas wrtoe, “How stupid. What kind of parent would even take their kids?”
Robert Manor commented, “I couldn’t imagine going to this as a kid I would of definitely felt awkward in that room.”
Tom Richards had a very good insight to children being in attendance at this perversion. “It was an event at the public library,” he wrote. “Do you think these kids wandered there on their own? Probably not, their parents took them. So all these comments are judging the parenting skills of some Bostonians. Isn’t it evident by the mere presence of Red Sox fan base that parenting skills in the greater New England region are suspect?”
Chris Keating echoed Richards sentiments.
“I mean, parents have a choice of whether or not they bring their kids to it so… ♂️,” he wrote. “Sounds like people have a problem with the parents more than anything.”
I assume it wouldn’t still be a thing if there weren’t enough interested people.
“STOP. THIS. NOW,” demanded Beth Neverdhimmi.
Nicholas Mancino added, “Progressive left lost everything this year. Including their minds.”
“I can’t help but wonder what book they were reading to the kids…,” Debbie Vallo responded.
Then there was this reaction…
Some saw it as an opportunity to see if the library would have a Christians charity or church come and read a story to the children.
“Would y’all be willing have a local Christian charity or church come read a story? #diversity,” wrote Christian Raymond.
Then there were the supporters of this madness.
“The hate in these comments just shows how far American bigots have to go,” commented Adam Henry.
William Stone added, “<3 <3 <3 Love the sisters!”
“If you need a quick reference list for all the half brained bigots, cone to the comments section,” wrote Allex Illion, a woman with some sort of jewel on her forehead, multiple piercings in her nose, and self-proclaimed “former sales rep.” “Clearly, all leaders and innovators in STEM and other high IQ fields, no doubt. I am really struggling to see where the ignorance ends and the humor begins. God, I’ve never been so disappointed in my family state. I guess if you don’t have logic, you have most of Boston. The rest are actual academics.”
Princeton Professor of Jurisprudence Robert P. George blasted the sodomites and the Boston Public Library for promoting the hatred of Catholics to the 2-10 year old who were present.
“Is there an honorable liberal anywhere in this country who will speak out against the #antiCatholic bigotry on display here?” George asked. “Imagine the chorus of outrage from liberals … were it #Islam and its teachings, symbols, and practices being mocked.”
He added that the group was “one way the sex lib lobby and movement reveal that what they’re really all about is not ‘equality,’ but self-indulgence –hedonism.”
According to Life Site News, the “Sisters” “have made a regular practice of creating disorder at Christian services. In 1982, they disrupted an interfaith prayer service at St. Mary’s Cathedral in San Francisco. On Easter Sunday, the anti-Christian group has blocked off Castro Street for wild parties, complete with ‘Hunky Jesus’ competitions.”
“In 1995, the ‘Sisters’ initiated the first group tour to 13 gay bars in order to ridicule the Stations of the Cross,” Life Site added. “At each bar, men dressed as the Virgin Mary, Mary Magdalene and other biblical women shout their adoration. At the end of the tour, they commune on vanilla wafers and Jägermeister.”
Jesus warned such people about causing little ones to stumble.
“Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened round his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world for temptations to sin! For it is necessary that temptations come, but woe to the man by whom the temptation comes! -Matthew 18:6-7
