EXCLUSIVE: China ‘intends to make South China Sea their internal waterway’
The Defense Secretary of the Philippines Gilberto Teodoro Jr says Filipino people must be "the ultimate beneficiaries" of the exclusive economic zone in their territory.
In an exclusive interview with Sky News, Mr Teodoro said it would be a "violation of the constitution" for government officials to ignore provocative confrontation from China – witnessed aboard a fishing vessel by Sky News in April.
