Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach leads lawsuit against Pfizer for misleading public on safety of Covid ‘vaccines’

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced a lawsuit against Pfizer for misleading the public concerning the safety of their alleged COVID shots, which they fraudulently referred to as “vaccines.”

Take a listen to the announcement.

The Kansas Reflector reports:

The state seeks “civil monetary penalties, damages, and injunctive relief from misleading and deceptive statements made in marketing its COVID-19 vaccine,” Kobach said.

In the complaint, Kobach alleges that Pfizer willfully concealed, suppressed and omitted material facts relating to the COVID-19 vaccine, the “most egregious” ones regarding safety of the vaccine for pregnant people, in regard to heart conditions, its effectiveness against variants and its ability to stop transmission.

“Pfizer marketed its vaccine as safe for pregnant women,” Kobach said. “However, in February of 2021 (they) possessed reports of 458 pregnant women who received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine during pregnancy. More than half of the pregnant women reported an adverse event, and more than 10% reported a miscarriage.”

The percentage of “adverse events” — which is a term that means any negative reaction — was higher in pregnant women than the general population by roughly 17 percent, according to a study published in the journal Medicine in February 2022.

There’s more.

According to the lawsuit, Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine, including:

  • Concealing evidence of safety concerns: Pfizer allegedly concealed evidence of safety concerns, including risks to pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions, and made false claims about the vaccine’s safety.
  • False claims about effectiveness: Pfizer allegedly made false claims about the vaccine’s effectiveness against variants and its ability to stop transmission.
  • Misleading marketing: Pfizer allegedly made misleading claims about the vaccine’s benefits and risks, including claims that it was “safe and effective” and that it would “protect against COVID-19 and its variants.”

The lawsuit seeks civil monetary penalties, damages, and injunctive relief from Pfizer’s misleading and deceptive statements made in marketing its COVID-19 vaccine. Kobach also alleges that Pfizer violated consent judgments it previously entered into with Kansas and other states to settle separate allegations.

Kobach has stated that he believes Pfizer’s actions were “unacceptable” and that the company’s claims about its vaccine were “misleading and deceptive.” He also stated that he is seeking to hold Pfizer accountable for its actions and to protect the public from further harm.

Kobach has stated that he expects five other states to join the lawsuit. The case is filed in Thomas County, Kansas, and Kobach has stated that he chose to file the lawsuit in that county because of its lighter workload, allowing his office to devote the necessary resources to the case.

Texas is also suing Pfizer.

There will certainly be legal challenges to the lawsuit, but hopefully, there will be some progress in outing what is going on and with a bit of Providence, the People’s voice may just get loud enough to bring about biblical justice.

I have two questions: (1) Will this money go to the victims and their families or will the incorporated states of Kansas and Texas keep it for themselves?  (2)  Why is only Pfizer being targeted when Johnson & Johnson, as well as AstraZeneca did great harm to people, along with Moderna?  Shouldn’t all of these sorcery companies be dissolved and some real justice brought to the CEO, board and scientists at all of them?
