People, stop working at Auschwitz!

There is an old saying, “give credit where credit is due”. Finally, some State governors and servants have pulled their head from where the sun doesn’t shine to see the problem with the open border lawlessness of the current dictatorship. However, it’s too little too late. Moreover, the States are asking the lawless District of Columbia to “help” with expenses of these illegal alien invaders instead of sending them packing back to where they originated.

While Texas governor Greg Abbott is placing razor wire at a certain border crossing point, what about the rest of the border Texas shares with Mexico? Granted, the actions Abbott have taken to protect Texas is constitutional, but, has everyone forgotten his actions that moved illegal alien invaders to the interior of the country to “sanctuary cities” and States? Sanctuary cities and States were willing to advocate for these criminals to enter the US unlawfully as long as those criminals were confined to other States. They were more than happy to help create this crisis but now that the consequences are being felt, they are not willing to lie in the bed they made.

Modernity reported that Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) senior figures, “in defiance of the Biden administration’s wishes”, are indicating there are no plans to remove the razor wire laid down by the Texas National Guard. Well, isn’t that special? Of course, they are not going to remove the razor wire. There are plenty of other places to illegally access the united States along the Texas border with Mexico.

“While this issue plays out in the courts, the relationship between Border Patrol, Texas DPS [Department of Public Safety], & TMD [Texas Military Dept.] remains strong,” the official said, adding “Our focus is and will always be the mission of protecting this country and its people.”

“On the ground, we continue to work alongside these valuable partners in that endeavor,” the official continued, adding “Bottom line: Border Patrol has no plans to remove infrastructure (c-wire) placed by Texas along the border.”

“Our posture remains the same. If we need to access an area for emergency response, we will do so. When that happens, we will coordinate with Texas DPS & TMD,” the official further declared.

Wasn’t CBP bending to the Biden administration’s lawlessness by helping process the illegal alien invaders, load them on busses and planes, and send them wherever they wanted to go at taxpayer expense? Yes. And, isn’t that still being done? Yes. But now, CBP senior figures have decided that lawful actions taken by Texas to defend a “section” of its border will not be countered and CBP will “coordinate” with Texas agencies.

The Border Patrol issued this statement on X (formerly Twitter) confirming CBP will not interfere with Texas agencies following lawful orders.

Rank-and file BP agents are not going to start arresting TX NG members for following their LAWFUL orders. That’s fake news.

TX NG and rank-and-file BP agents work together and respect each other’s jobs. Period. If TX NG members have LAWFUL orders, then they have to carry out those orders.

TX NG members realize that rank-and-file BP agents have their orders as well. Lawful orders, no matter how unpopular or distasteful amongst rank-and-file agents, must be followed. Unlawful orders (as determined by competent legal counsel and not what some outhouse lawyer behind a keyboard says) will not be followed.

Rank-and-file BP agents appreciate and respect what TX has been doing to defend their state in the midst of this catastrophe that the Biden Admin has unleashed on America.

We want to be perfectly clear, there is no fight between rank-and-file BP agents and the TX NG, Gov. Abott, or TX DPS. It may make flashy headlines, but it simply isn’t true.

Confused anyone? You should be with CBP issuing these sentences; “Lawful order, no matter how unpopular or distasteful amongst rank-and-file agents, must be followed. Unlawful orders (as determined by competent legal counsel and not what some outhouse lawyer behind a keyboard says) will not be followed.” This is double speak. If they don’t know what an unlawful order is, how can they know if an order is lawful?

Isn’t it “unlawful” for one man to totally eradicate laws through a memo, a pen and a phone, his “say so”, or oral edict that were passed in conjunction with constitutional authority? Wouldn’t those “orders” be considered unlawful per the Constitution, which anyone with a fifth-grade education can read? Isn’t it Congress that legislates immigration and naturalization laws, not one man? Isn’t that one man charged with faithfully executing the constitutionally passed legislation? And, are “we the people” who happen to know the Constitution considered “outhouse lawyers behind a keyboard” to the CBP? Just who is considered “competent legal counsel” since some lawyers think the Supreme Court makes laws? Is the Department of Justice considered “competent legal counsel” – you know the same organization that fails to bring justice upon criminals by refusing to prosecute them while targeting Americans exercising their God given unalienable rights for prosecution?

The CBP calls what is happening a “catastrophe that the Biden Admin has unleashed on America”; yet, did they not help with that catastrophe by following orders contrary to the law? So, who is the outhouse lawyer behind the keyboard now? And, are we to understand the CBP senior figures have not the intelligence to recognize an “unlawful order” – they have to have “competent legal counsel” define that for them? Do they not know that policy is to follow law, not the other way around? Do they really know the law?

This all sounds like the “well I was just following orders” from all the Nazi guards at the concentration/death camps that murdered millions of innocent people because of some moron’s ideology. The CBP was perfectly willing to “work at Auschwitz” and follow unconstitutional (lawless) orders until someone made a half-baked stance to say “no more”. Now, their tune is “we won’t interfere with someone else’s lawful orders but we have to wait for ‘competent legal counsel’ to tell us what unlawful orders are”. Yes, we are an open-air Auschwitz since our own government has no problem eliminating us while bringing in replacements, criminals, and those intent on destroying this country.

How do these senior figures at CBP know that the Texas agencies are following “lawful orders”? They know the law, but are more than happy to violate it upon the “orders” of someone who is not even an outhouse lawyer behind a keyboard (Biden). Moreover, they know in their heart the open border and their actions to facilitate criminal entry into the united States is lawless. They know or would not have called this “a catastrophe” – a catastrophe, mind you, they were complicit in creating, probably to save their job. But, they will need “competent legal counsel” to tell them what is an unlawful order. Don’t be fooled. They know the difference between lawful and unlawful orders.

They will “defy” the Biden administration wishes when it comes to removing the razor wire. Where were they in refusing to cooperate in willful criminality?

Just like Hitler issued the order to kill millions, Biden issued the order to let anyone cross the border. Adolf Eichman made the trains run on time while Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas (born in Havana, Cuba and naturalized 52 years ago?) organized the “machine” that would facilitate movement of illegal alien invaders into the country. It was the “little people” working at the concentration/death camps who did the killing, just like it is the “little people” at the border who let the criminals enter the united States. Now, they want to issue some statement that contradicts itself all over the place while trying to convince the people they will support those following “lawful orders” when it is clear they are obfuscating the truth.

It is obvious the CBP, like the workers in Nazi concentration/death camps, are perfectly willing to work at Auschwitz for a paycheck while proclaiming the mantra they think will save them – I was just following orders, but I don’t know what is considered an unlawful order until someone, a competent legal counsel, tells me. CBP agents – Stop working at Auschwitz!
