“The only real argument against the Bible is an unholy life. When a man argues against the Word of God, follow him home, and see if you cannot discover the reason of his enmity to the Word of the Lord. It lies in some sort of sin.” -Charles Spurgeon

Over the last week, we have been on the road preaching the Word in Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio (2 Timothy 4:2).

Now, before I get into highlighting the point that I am about to make, remember that what we do is premised on the Word of God. We are not going out giving our opinions, though I will give you one if you were to ask. John 3:34 tells us, “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God,” and that alone might I add.

For example, while preaching on Tuesday of this week, a friend of ours posted Scripture references that were given during my message It went as follows:

And though 98% is always positive feed-back, without fail, you always get someone to come up and say, “I agree with most of what you said.” And when I ask what it is that they did not agree with, I can always find where it is that they have and are compromising the Word of God in their lives. Always. Therefore, this is the importance of keeping your feet upon that Rock!

“He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.” -Psalm 62:6
